Searchable multi-select Dropdown with create, autocomplete, and improved keyboard interaction

Added the allowCreate, autocomplete, noOptionsLabel, and popoverProps props.

allowCreate lets users add unmatched search values, while autocomplete controls whether Enter selects the first matching option or creates the typed value.
noOptionsLabel customizes the empty-results message, and popoverProps forwards configuration to the underlying popover.
Added arrow-key navigation, first-match highlighting, typeahead cycling, and automatic scrolling to the active option.

Removed the popoverGap prop from Dropdown. To customize the distance between the trigger and popover, pass the value through popoverProps.gap instead.
Removed the direction prop from Dropdown. Configure the popover placement through popoverProps.direction instead.
Removed the customizable search slot from Dropdown. Searchable Dropdowns now use the built-in search input and keyboard interaction.

Fixed a bug where a DatePicker's initial value was not reflected in the Calendar view.
