Fix model default lint warnings in form component templates

Summary

Fix missing model default warnings when linting installed form component templates with newer Vue ESLint rules.

Fixed

Fix vue/require-default-prop warnings in Dropdown, Dropzone, Input, Radio, SegmentedControl, Tabs, and Textarea, including Dropdown's v-model:externalSearchQuery binding. Models remain optional and keep their existing value types and behavior.

Reinstall the affected component templates to apply this fix in existing projects.
